These limited events offer a unique look at whiskey pairings and mixology for anyone visiting the Orlando area in March or April. Guests can choose from a three-course tasting menu on March 19 and March 26 or sign up for hands-on Saturday workshops through June. Whether you want to learn how to make a classic drink or enjoy a chef-driven meal, these sessions provide a high-quality way to celebrate the season at Walt Disney World.
March Mixology Dates and Menu Details
The March Mixology series features three specific whiskey pairings designed to highlight different flavor profiles. These dinners take place on Thursday, March 19, and Thursday, March 26. There are two available times for each date at 5:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
The tasting menu includes:
- Florida Tea: A mix of Jameson Orange, peach, orange, and lime served with lobster salad.
- Gilded Orchard: Jameson Black Barrel, apple brandy, vanilla, and lemon paired with pork chops.
- Barrel and Bean: Jameson Caskmates Stout Edition with espresso and vanilla served with warm apple whiskey cake.
Tickets cost $85 per person plus tax and gratuity. Guests can also add a one-ounce pour of Jameson 18-year for an extra $25.
Shaken & Stirred Hands-On Cocktail Classes and Saturday Workshops
The Edison is also bringing back Shaken & Stirred cocktail classes for a more interactive experience. These sessions happen on select Saturdays through June 20, 2026. Each class starts at 1:00 p.m. and is limited to 10 people to ensure everyone gets personal attention. An expert leads the group through making drinks and provides a light lunch.

Whiskey & Wonder Tasting Event
On Saturday, April 11, the Whiskey & Wonder event takes over the venue. This tasting features eight different stations with cocktails and food pairings. General admission starts at noon for $79. Early entry at 11:30 a.m. costs $89 and includes a seat. A $25 upgrade adds access to a whiskey lounge and a bacon carving station.
All attendees for any of these events must be 21 or older. Space is limited and requires a reservation through the official booking site.
