Disney Legend Jodi Benson is returning to the stage in Orlando this summer. She will take on the iconic role of The Witch in the Tony Award-winning musical Into the Woods. The production is set to run for a limited engagement at Steinmetz Hall within the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts.
Performances will take place from July 31 through August 2, Friday & Saturday: 7:30 p.m., Sunday: 2:30 p.m. This casting brings a unique opportunity for fans to see the voice of Ariel from The Little Mermaid in a very different light. While she is famous for her portrayal of the kind-hearted mermaid, this role allows her to lean into a more villainous and complex character.
