Spring is officially back at Walt Disney World, and for food lovers, that means the return of the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. Running from March 4 to June 1, 2026, this year’s event features over 20 outdoor kitchens and more than 75 brand-new menu items. Between the massive character topiaries and the nightly Garden Rocks concerts, there is a lot to see, but let’s be honest: we are all here for the snacks.

Must-Try New Flavors for 2026

If you are looking to update your “must-eat” list, the Disney chefs have been busy. This year leans heavily into fresh, coastal flavors and unique textures.

  • Sha Cha Beef Bao Bun (Lan Yuan, China): A soft, pillowy bun filled with pan-fried beef, red onion, and jalapeño in a savory Chinese peanut sauce.
  • Blackened Shrimp Po’ Boy (Magnolia Terrace, American Adventure): A classic Southern staple with a spicy kick, topped with lettuce, tomato, and Cajun rémoulade.
  • Tuna Poke Bowl (Nectar, World Nature): A fresh new addition featuring edamame, avocado, mango, and pickled red onions on sticky rice.
  • Seafood Bake (Beach Grub, Pathway to Imagination): A hearty bowl of shrimp, mussels, clams, and andouille sausage in a white wine broth.

The Garden Graze: A Foodie Scavenger Hunt

The Garden Graze food stroll is back for 2026. This is a great way to explore plant-based options while working toward a reward. Simply pick up a Festival Passport and collect a stamp for any of the nine designated items. Once you have five stamps, head to Pineapple Promenade for an exclusive festival treat.

Key Garden Graze Items (Look for the 🥕):

  • Potato Pancakes with house-made applesauce (Germany)
  • Lumpia with plant-based pork and yuzu sweet-and-sour (The Citrus Blossom)
  • Coconut Panna Cotta with cherry gelée (Nectar)
  • Grilled Street Corn on the Cob with savory garlic spread (Beach Grub)

Drinks and Sips

From floral-infused ales to vibrant slushies, the drink menu is just as extensive as the food.

  • Frozen Desert Violet Lemonade (Pineapple Promenade): The undisputed fan favorite of the festival. It is non-alcoholic, floral, and highly photogenic.
  • Dubai Chocolate Frozen Cappuccino (Joffrey’s Coffee): A trendy new addition featuring pistachio syrup and dark chocolate sauce.
  • La Vie en Rose Frozen Slush (Fleur de Lys, France): A sophisticated blend of vodka, Grey Goose L’Orange, and St-Germain elderflower liqueur.
  • Flower Power Margarita (Jardin de Fiestas, Mexico): Features tequila, orange-pineapple juice, and a rose-petal salt rim.

Topiaries and Entertainment

While you eat your way around the World Showcase, keep an eye out for over 60 character topiaries. This year, look for Stitch near Mission: SPACE, Tiana in the American Adventure, and a massive Encanto family display near the Imagination pavilion.

After dinner, head to the America Gardens Theatre for the Garden Rocks Concert Series. Catch acts like Simple Plan, 98 Degrees, and Air Supply performing nightly.

Quick Tips for Your Food Crawl

  • Go Cash-Free: Grab a wearable Disney Gift Card wristlet featuring Orange Bird or Spike the Bee. You can load it with as little as $15 to make tapping and paying at the kiosks much faster.
  • Check the Calendar: The EPCOT Farmers Feast kitchen features a rotating seasonal menu. The “Early Bloom” menu (featuring Scallops and Spring Pea Risotto) runs through April 5, while the “Springtime” menu (featuring Grilled Beef Strip Loin) takes over on April 6.
  • Dining Packages: If you want a guaranteed seat for a specific concert, consider a Garden Rocks Dining Package at restaurants like Le Cellier or Rose & Crown.
