The Edison’s Popular ‘Shaken & Stirred’ Cocktail Series Returns for 2026. Step back into the roaring 1920s and elevate your home bar game as The Edison at Disney Springs announces the return of its highly anticipated Shaken & Stirred Cocktail Series. Starting this February, the lavish, industrial-gothic venue will host seven exclusive, hands-on mixology courses designed to turn beginners into cocktail connoisseurs.
Held on select Saturdays throughout the first half of 2026, these intimate sessions offer guests a rare opportunity to step behind the bar. Each class is led by a private master bartender who guides a small group through the nuances of premium spirits, professional techniques, and the rich history of cocktail culture.
The 2026 Series Lineup
From tropical tiki flavors to the “Great Martini Debate,” the 2026 schedule features a diverse range of themes:
- Feb. 14 – But First, Dessert: A Valentine’s Day special focusing on sweet indulgence, including dessert cocktails, elegant nightcaps, and after-dinner delights.
- March 14 – The Emerald Isles: In honor of St. Patrick’s Day, this session goes beyond green beer to explore the approachable smoothness and heritage of Irish whiskey.
- April 11 – Globetrotter: A liquid journey around the world, discovering the unique regional spirits that define international drinking cultures.
- April 25 – Polynesian Pop!: A deep dive into the colorful history of tiki culture and the mid-century Polynesian pop movement, featuring tropical tastings.
- May 9 – Gin vs. Vodka (Core Cocktail Series): It’s a battle of the bars as guests learn the secrets to the perfect martini—deciding once and for all whether it should be shaken or stirred.
- May 23 – Frozen: Perfect for the Florida heat, this class focuses on elevated frozen cocktails that are sophisticated, refreshing, and miles ahead of your standard slushy.
- June 6 – Infusions: The series finale teaches guests how to use fresh fruits, herbs, and spices to create custom-flavored spirits and seasonal showcase drinks.

Each session begins at 1:00 p.m. and is designed to be as educational as it is entertaining. In addition to the hands-on instruction and cocktail tastings, guests will be served a light lunch to complement the spirits.
Tickets are priced at $120 per person (plus tax), and in accordance with new Federal Trade Commission requirements, a 20% gratuity is now included in the ticket price, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees.
True to its “intimate” promise, each class is strictly limited to only 10 spots. Due to the small class size and the popularity of the series, sessions are expected to sell out quickly.
