Tron: Ares Song by Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross Win Grammy for Best Rock Song, this makes the second Grammy of the evening for The Walt Disney Company. “As Alive as You Need Me to Be” from the Tron: Ares soundtrack and Music by John Williams Best Documentary Music both won so far.
The Grid is glowing tonight at the 68th Annual Grammy Awards. Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross have officially taken home the trophy for Best Rock Song for “As Alive as You Need Me to Be” from the Tron: Ares soundtrack.
This win marks the second victory of the evening for The Walt Disney Company. Earlier in the night, the legendary John Williams added more hardware to his shelf, winning Best Music Film for the documentary Music by John Williams.
While Reznor and Ross are celebrating their Rock category win, they didn’t sweep the night. The Tron: Ares soundtrack was also nominated for Best Song Written for Visual Media, but ultimately lost to the viral hit “Golden” from KPop Demon Hunters.
