Pete’s Silly Sideshow Now Closed at Disney World. Dashing & Daring Disney Pals are meeting and greeting guests outside in Storybook Circus for the time being. Pete’s Silly Sideshow, home to Daisy & Donald, Minnie Mouse, and Goofy meet and greet in Disney’s Magic Kingdom, closed on January 4th, 2026. But, only temporarily. They’re having so much fun, you may just want to join the circus yourself!

The characters meet and greets have changed a little bit, with Daisy & Donald now hanging out on the side of Fantasyland Railway station, and Minnie Mouse & Goofy meeting at the entrance to Storybook Circus.

From Disney, “Dashing Disney Pals will be temporarily unavailable beginning January 4. Daisy Duck and Minnie Mouse will be greeting guests in Storybook Circus.” and “Daring Disney Pals will be temporarily unavailable beginning January 4. Donald Duck and Goofy will be greeting guests in Storybook Circus.

Recently, Disney filed a permit locally regarding work to be done on the Pete’s Silly Sideshow tent will be refurbished. While the work is being done, the character meet and greets will be taking place elsewhere in Storybook Circus at the Magic Kingdom. Disney has not released a completion date or said how long this ‘Temporarily’ will be taking place.

Enter Pete’s Silly Sideshow at Storybook Circus and greet some of the Big Top’s biggest stars. There’s the marvelous Minnie Magnifique and the mysterious fortune teller Daisy Fortuna. Step right up and say hello to the stars of this slapstick circus: snake charmer extraordinaire, The Astounding Donaldo, and his daring stuntman pal, The Great Goofini.
