Dead Person Reported at Orange Garage in Disney Springs at Walt Disney World. The Orange County Sheriff’s Office originally responded to a ‘person down’ report near East Buena Vista Drive. The person down report was changed to ‘Dead Person’ moments later.
Updated 1:00 p.m. 01/03/2026: Statement from the Orange County Sheriff Office –“This incident is being investigated as a possible suicide. We have no additional information to release and will have no further updates this weekend.”
The Sheriff’s office did not give the exact address, but eyewitnesses and people who had parked in the Orange Garage were quick to take to social media to verify the reports.
The call for service went out at 8:55 p.m. EST. Eyewitnesses on the ground report that Officers arrived and quickly set up a perimeter and a blue tarp on the lower level of the Orange Garage, blocking the view of guests returning to their cars or heading back to the resort buses.
Until we have the official report from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, there is no word on exactly what happened or the circumstances leading to the person’s death at Disney Springs. This is breaking news, and we will update with more details when they are available.

The Orange Garage is one of the three primary multi-level parking structures at Disney Springs in Walt Disney World. It is widely considered the most convenient garage for guests arriving from I-4 or those planning to visit the “West Side” of the complex. The parking structure has 5 levels of parking.
