Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 opens at Regal Cinemas on December 5th, 2025, and the first images of a FNAF 2 popcorn bucket have been revealed. The Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 popcorn bucket appears to be the toy animatronic on stage that will move and play music when the button is pressed.
The stage characters are Balloon Boy holding a balloon and a sign that says “Balloons!”, Toy Bonnie playing a guitar, next to him is Toy Freddy Fazbear holding his signature microphone, and finally is Toy Chica holding Carl Cupcake on a plate. The stage is the front part of a larger popcorn container. The images apparently do not show how much popcorn can be held, but it would normally come with a large popcorn.
The image appeared on X and Facebook groups, and we can trace the original image to a post on Reddit by user vampirematcha. This does appear to be the real one coming to Regal when the movie is released on December 5th. Going off the recently announced movie theater popcorn buckets, we should hear the official releases of all the FNAF 2 popcorn buckets this week when tickets go on sale. Movie theaters, including Regal, have showtimes listed already.
