Morimoto Asia in Disney Springs Starts “Passport to Morimoto Asia” 10th Anniversary

Today marks the official 10th anniversary of Morimoto Asia! As you may know, to celebrate this milestone, the restaurant is launching its year-long “Passport to Morimoto Asia” program, which kicks off today. The program is now officially presented by Acqua Panna and San Pellegrino.

To celebrate this milestone, the restaurant is introducing a year-long “Passport to Morimoto Asia” program. Starting on Oct. 1, 2025, the initiative will showcase a different pan-Asian country each month with a featured dish and cocktail, inviting guests to collect stamps in a custom-designed passport as they explore new flavors throughout the year. To participate, guests will receive their passport upon ordering and are encouraged to bring it back throughout the year so they can earn their stamps.

Guests who collect all 24 unique stamps will be awarded a weekend getaway to Boston, featuring an event at TD Garden, dinner for two, and a complimentary hotel stay. Those who collect 12 stamps will receive an invitation to an exclusive reception at Morimoto Asia, hosted by Chef Morimoto himself.

Guests are invited to collect stamps in a custom-designed passport as they explore each month.Passports are issued with the purchase of any featured item, and guests are encouraged to bring them back throughout the year to collect additional stamps.
