Disability Parking Moved at Epcot While Repaving Moana Parking Lot

Disability Parking Moved at Epcot While Repaving Moana Parking Lot. The designated Disability Parking Lot, also known as Moana Parking 301-305, including the overflow parking areas 306 and above, is closed while Disney repaves the area. Parking for Guests with Disabilities is being redirected to the Hei Hei side. The easiest way to identify which parking lot this is, when looking at Spaceship Earth and the Disney Monorail, is to note that Moana is located on the left side, and Hei Hei is on the right side.

The last time we wrote about Disney repaving Disability Parking areas was over a year ago, when Magic Kingdom increased the number of disability parking spots. They also said how guests pulled into spaces. There is no word about Epcot possibly doing the same thing.

This Epcot parking repaving should only take a couple of days, and by the time Epcot’s International Food & Wine Festival starts this Thursday, August 28th, it should be reopened. When updates are available, we will be ready.

Parking for Guests with Disabilities

Designated parking areas are available throughout Walt Disney World Resort for Guests with disabilities. A valid disability parking permit is required, and standard parking rates apply.

Theme Park Disability Parking Lots
Guests with mobility disabilities—including those traveling with personal wheelchairs, electric scooters, or other mobility devices—should park in our Disability Parking Lots, located a short distance from the main entrance to each of the 4 theme parks at Walt Disney World Resort.

For further directions on parking options, Guests should inquire at the theme park Auto Plaza (there’s an Auto Plaza at the entrance to each Walt Disney World theme park). Or, call Guest Services at (407) 824-2222. Guests under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian’s permission to call.

Courtesy trams have returned to all 4 theme parks. If necessary, Guests may ask for a space at the end of a row closest to the courtesy tram pick-up and drop-off locations. Courtesy trams will transport Guests to the theme park’s Main Entrances and the Ticket and Transportation Center.
