D23 Announced Livestream of Select Panels from Destination D23. While tickets to this year’s Destination D23 event at Walt Disney World have sold out, fans can still get in on the action. D23 Gold Members can tune in to the newly announced “D23 Gold Theater presents: Destination D23 livestream” on Saturday, August 30, and Sunday, August 31, 2025.
The live stream will feature select panels and presentations from the weekend’s events. Those in the area can also experience the excitement at Disney Springs, where special shopping experiences and other fan events are taking place throughout the weekend.
Head over to the D23 App and you will now find more information regarding this year’s Destination D23 taking place August 29 -31, 2025, at Walt Disney World’s Coronado Springs Resort Convention Center. D23 has released the full presentation line-up and the map.
D23 Gold Members are invited to join the Gold Theater Live from Destination D23 for two Virtual Gold Theater events on Saturday, August 30, and Sunday, August 31.
Updates from D23’s Michael Vargo; a special peek into Disney around the globe and Disney on Broadway; a look at Disney Channel and its history; and a glimpse into building Disney castles are just a few of the programs that will be livestreamed over the weekend.

Disney Legend X Atencio is most well-known for writing the song lyrics and attraction scripts for Pirates of the Caribbean and The Haunted Mansion. However, in the shadow of such iconic works, the rest of his story has remained largely untold—until now. Learn more about X’s legacy as one of Walt’s most versatile employees in an intimate conversation with his family and authors of the upcoming book Xavier “X” Atencio: The Legacy of an Artist, Imagineer, and Disney Legend, ahead of its wide release on November 4. Guests will get the opportunity to view unreleased artwork and photographs from X’s personal collection and hear previously untold stories chronicling his 46-year career.
