Disney Springs Gets New Pastrami & Cuban from Earl of Sandwich. One of the oldest eateries at Disney Springs, opening in 2004, Earl of Sandwich continues to be one of the more popular choices for guests to visit and enjoy an original sandwich. If you ask us why, it is the Holiday Turkey that is offered year-round. If you ask them, it is all of the sandwich offerings, including the newly added limited-time Earl’s Pastrami and the added-to-the-menu full-time Cuban sandwich.

We tried them both, and to be honest, they are both great. Earl’s Pastrami is a reminder of going to a good Deli in the Northeast. The 1000 island drips, the souurkrout has that pucker and make your mouth water taste, while the meat tastes like it was just carved fresh on a deli slicer. It may be better than the one served at Boardwalk Deli. For guests looking to have a good meal that is filling and a large portion at a reasonable price, Earl’s is the place to go.
Try one of the cookies for dessert! We had a Cinnamon Toast Crunch sugar cookie and fell in love with it.
