Stream the Oldest Thanksgiving Parade “The 6abc Dunkin’ Thanksgiving Day Parade 2024” on Disney+ and Hulu Live from Philly. Someone’s gotta represent this jawn in our Disney Community! While a parade 90 miles away may get all the national love in the press, our hometown parade The 6abc Dunkin’ Thanksgiving Day Parade is seen in more homes across the country, and if you haven’t seen it, Thanksgiving Day 2024 is your chance to stream it live on ABC News Live, Hulu, and Disney+!
We may live and report from Walt Disney World, but our hearts and homes are Philly. Specifically, Bucks County, PA. North East Philly, and for a little while Montgomery County, PA where we lived on the edge of Valley Forge. We still believe in Red October and the Phanatic, we bleed Orange and Black with Gritty, and then there is Swoop, E-A-G-L-E-S! We grew up with 6 ABC as our local and national news source. We still listen to WMMR every morning and think Preston & Steve is the best morning radio show on the air (P&S will be in the Parade this year). Gadzooks!
We did not even know there was any other Thanksgiving Day parade while we grew up. It was always The 6abc Dunkin’ Thanksgiving Day Parade for us, with Major Drumstick. When the weather was nice we dreamed about riding on any float down the Parkway, when it was cold and wet, we dreamed about being home with the smells of Thanksgiving cooking, and a cup of Dunkin coffee in our hands. Now that we own a Disney News Blog, I think next year we will apply for Press and cover the event because some of our favorite Disney characters always show up!
Here is the link to watch it live on Disney+, if you are a transplant, or just on vacation here at Disney World!
